Fiba Tech Industries was established in 1995, and in 1997 set up a
product development and manufacturing base near Wells, Somerset. The
business grew quickly, largely due to an innovative product called
FibaRoll, which gained rapid acceptance by the oil and gas industry due
to its ability to outperform conventional metal cladding in minimising
corrosion under insulation.
The company moved to its current premises in 2004 - the same year we
were proud to receive official specification approval by Shell for
Insulation Cladding and Corrosion Protection. We now employ eight
technicians and application managers, many of whom travel the world to
consult with our customers, help them set up facilities, use our
processes, train staff and so on.
We also work closely with our partners in other parts of the world,
whether they be subsidiary companies or agents and distributors.
Our view is that a business is nothing without good people. In our
case, we are fortunate to have strength in depth with our committed and
professional team, whose experienced engineering background,
questioning yet supportive character and can-do attitude all combine to
make a very pro-active and innovative company. Here are some members of
